1. Final and Non-Transferable Orders:
All orders placed through our website or via phone are considered final and non-transferable.
We do not offer refunds on purchased days of meal delivery service.

2. Flexible Usage of Purchased Days:
Your purchased days of meal delivery service will never expire.
You may use your purchased days at any time that suits your schedule.

3. Pausing and Resuming Service:

You have the flexibility to pause or resume your meal delivery service at any time.
To pause or resume, please provide us with at least four business days' notice.
If changes are needed with less than two business days' notice, additional charges may apply.
